Acute Injury Rehabilitation
Injuries from sports, falls, or daily activities can be painful and limit your movement. Early intervention is key to a quicker recovery and reducing the risk of long-term issues. Whether it’s a recent injury or a reoccurring issue, we’ll help you manage pain, reduce swelling, and get back to your normal activities as soon as possible.
Following surgery, it’s vital to engage in post-operative physiotherapy to optimise recovery. We work closely with your surgeon to create a recovery plan that addresses pain, range of motion, strength, and movement patterns. Our goal is to help you regain your full functional capacity—whether you're returning to work, sports, or everyday activities.

A tailored sports massage is perfect for athletes and active individuals to help relieve tension, improve flexibility, and maintain optimal body alignment. It helps reduce the risk of injury and ensures you're ready to perform at your best.

Dry needling and acupuncture are effective techniques for relieving muscle tension, reducing inflammation, and promoting healing. These methods are often used when manual therapy or massage may be too uncomfortable, especially in acute injury recovery phases.
